This beautiful lake and pool view condo on the 3rd floor was a fun project. It was in very good shape but after being a long term rental, the owner was ready to put it on the market and give this place a fresh new look. We were asked to update the unit by replacing the old formica countertops with quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new tile bar, backsplash, tile tub surrounds in both bathrooms, all new paint and crown molding throughout, ceilings fans, window coverings, new toilets, sinks, all new LVP flooring replaced the old carpet and tile floors, the patio was sanded, repainted and got a new ceiling fan, we custom built the fireplace mantel, upgraded all fixtures and lighting and all new appliances were installed including new washer and dryer. This condo sold in one day on the MLS for full asking price. We completed this project in 2 months.
